Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

kewdale The Australian Government requires that student visa holders be covered by medical
insurance – Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their study in
Australia plus an additional two months.

Students must make arrangements for their OSHC when accepting their offer of a place. OSHC is mandatory for the duration of the student’s program plus an additional two months of cover.

Silver Trowel’s recommended provider for medical insurance for international students is AHM, but you are free to use another provider. AHM’s OSHC charges are reviewed annually and those quoted on the Silver Trowel Trade Training offer letter are subject to change.
